Important notice to all applicants.

Kindly be informed that due to an increased number of visa applications, the Danish Embassy may not be able to finalise your application within a 15 days case processing time.

All applications will be attended to, so please refrain from contacting us by e-mail and/or phone to ask for the status in your case.

We urge all applicants to apply in good time prior to planned travel dates as VFS appointment slots may be difficult to obtain with a short notice.

Thank you for your understanding.

Visa Section, Embassy of Denmark.

Where to hand in your visa application in Türkiye

Visa applicants must personally hand in their application at one of our Visa Application Centres (VAC).

Only the applicant will be allowed into the centre (accompanying family members and friends must wait outside).

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all necessary documents are submitted. We advise you not to sign any forms unless you understand the content.

You can find document checklists for each type of visa application via this link

Unauthorised individuals outside of the Visa Application Centres sometimes offer unsolicited assistance with filling in application forms, etc. (often at very high prices). Neither the Embassy nor the visa application centres work with these people and cannot be held responsible for lacking or incorrect guidance given by them. Any use of these external services takes place at the applicant's own responsibility.
