Visa agents - DON'T!

The Royal Danish Embassy in Ankara would like to remind all applicants that visa applications for Denmark must be submitted through the official Danish Visa Application Centre operated by VFS Global in Türkiye.

The Embassy has commissioned VFS Global Private Ltd. to receive visa applications and forward them to the Embassy in Ankara for processing.

Please note:

• The Embassy and VFS Global do NOT cooperate with any travel agencies or individual visa facilitators.
• We strongly recommend that applicants do not use agents when applying for a visa.

Using travel agents or visa facilitators may involve very high fees, and applicants should be aware that:

• The visa applicant is solely responsible for all documents submitted in the application.
• Applicants must be available for interviews and communication with the Embassy if required.
• If contact details (email/phone) belong to an agent, the Embassy may not be able to contact the applicant directly.
• Any use of travel agents or visa facilitators is entirely at the applicant’s own responsibility.

The Embassy cannot be held liable for incorrect information, financial losses, or claims arising from services provided by travel agents or individual visa facilitators.
